- Bat Acoustic Survey Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, identified as AG-8371-S-17-0037 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Standard Form 18 attached, must be completed and returned: Block 13 a/b/c/d/e/f; Block 14; Block 15; Block 16 a/b/c The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 334310. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Bat Acoustic Survey Equipment Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Offerors shall submit their RFQ pricing, along with all Terms, Conditions & Warranty. The following provisions and clauses apply to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1,instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items;FAR 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. INVOICING: Contractor must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award. Invoicing will be paid via Invoicing Processing Platform (IPP). ONLY. No exceptions. SUBMIT OFFERS: If you are interested in submitting a quote, please do so by 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on May 19, 2017.
