- Redacted Justification and Approval The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the government's intention to award a sole source contract for operation, maintenance, and testing at the Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) at Hill AFB, UT in support of the ICBM weapon system to The Boeing Company. The contractor will operate and maintain the three (3) survivability/vulnerability labs which comprise LMTF. These labs are the Radiation Lab, Electromagnetic Effects (EME) Lab, Shock & Vibration Lab. The goal of this service is to operate and maintain LMTF test laboratories and test support equipment, design and develop test plans and directives, conduct tests and analyze test data, design and/or specify test equipment replacements or upgrades, integrate and/or install test equipment and systems, perform fabrication tasks associated with test conduct, maintenance, and repair, manage configuration accountability associated with test stand changes and support technology transfer through Cooperative Research and Development Agreement's /(CRADA)*
