Description

Draft Performance Work Statement THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No solicitation or specifications are available at this time. Responses shall be used for planning purposes only. The sources sought is strictly a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. Responses to this notice are NOT OFFERS and WILL NOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked a proprietary will be handled accordingly. The NAICS code for this requirement is 336611. It is anticipated that a solicitation based on the outcome of this market survey will be published and that a subsequent contract from the solicitation will be awarded. The Department of Army - Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii is seeking vendors who have the capabilities to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform Vessel Certifications, Unprogrammed/Unscheduled Maintenance, Repairs, and Husbandry as defined in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Only new materials in the requirement unless otherwise stated in the Draft PWS. ****PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR DRAFT PWS AND FURTHER INFORMATION RELATED TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT**** Place of Performance : The work to be performed under this agreement will be performed primarily at Joint Base Pear Harbor Hickam, Yokohama North Dock Japan, Naha White Beach Okinawa, and the West Coast of the United States, unless an emergency situation dicates work to be done at a different location, where the vessel may be operation (Hawaii, Japan, Cambodia, Singapore, Korea (ROK), Malaysia, Phillippines, and Thailand).
