- Terms and Conditions Wage Rates SF18 Scope of Work The USDA ARS LARRL location in Miles City MT has a requirement for a Tech Room upgrade and remodel per attached scope of work to include both audio and visual upgrades including telecommunication upgrades. The estimated project price is between $60,000 and $100,000. This project is 100% set aside for small business. Site visit is scheduled for 24 May 2016 at 7:30 a.m. Mountain Time.
