- Amendment# 00001 to SOW and Floor Plan Drawing Page 8 Para 3.2 INSTALLATION AND WORKMANSHIP (Insert) Para 3.2.1.1 Installation shall require two separate phases on two separate installation days. Reference only the Phase 2 and Phase 3 floor plan below for furniture install phases. Page 11 Para 3.4.2 (Replace floor plan with below drawing.) 3.4.2 Paid For Drawings Requested Floor Plan b. Question and Answers #1 1. It looks like this solicitation is just a portion of the drawings that are attached. The Furniture plan has 2 phases for 2 separate install days. See floor plan included in this Amendment. 2. Are you bidding out the phases separately? No please provide a one quote to include 2 phases of installation. See amendment above. 3. Are portions of this project already complete? None, this is an add-on to existing furniture.
