Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to make a sole source award to Ashland Industrial Services, LLC for a third-party to assess the operation of elevators at the Orville Wright Building and provide recommendations to repair identified deficiencies. This acquisition is for a single award contract. The period of performance allotted for this requirement is 45 days. This award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive orders. However, all responsible sources will submit a capability statement within seven (7) calendar days after the publication which shall be considered by the agency. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is May 2017.
