- This is a Notice of Intent to issue a contract modification to BAM Technologies, 2001 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Suite 610, Arlington, VA 22202, on a sole source basis. The contractor will provide an IT integration Plan that describes how the MySECO web presence will interface and visually blend with the Government public website: www.militaryonesource.mil. Integrating MySECO IT into the MyCAA contract supports OSD objective to house spouse career efforts in one portal which will streamline experience for end user and reduce redundancy in duplicative work. The sole source is based on the requirement that the contractor must have and maintain access to the Air Force Academic Institutions Portal. Access to the portal is required in order to make changes to the database, electronic freedom of information act production environment, and configuration management. BAM Technologies is currently contracted to develop and maintain the MyCAA and MSEP portals.They have past and present experience developing, integrating, and maintaining MySECO, MSEP, and MyCAA. The estimated contract is expected to be $ 960,000.00 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Interested parties with the capability of meeting the proposed requirements are requested to provide an email to the Contract Specialist listed above by the response date. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. It is at the sole discretion of the NAFI to not compete on a full and open competition basis.
