- Amendment 0001 - HE1254-17-R-9002 The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Facility Clearance Level (FCL) requirements to read 'Top Secret' vice 'Top Secret/SCI'. This change only applies to the FCL. Certain CLINS/SCLINS, however, will still be required to have Top Secret/SCI as stated in section 3.1. No further changes apply. The changes are highlighted in green on this amendment and were located on pages 202 and 206 of the original solicitation.
