- J&A - Additional Contingency Overtime Hours - Redacted The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a modification to a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Systems Support Alternatives, Inc. 500 Montgomery St, Ste 400, Alexandria, VA 22314-1560. Anticipated award date is 19 May 2017. This requirement is to be used to support ongoing yet unanticipated building renovations required because the building HVAC was and still is in such poor condition that most of the roughly 350 personnel are either freezing, overheated, or breathing poor quality air. In addition, the building is a limited access facility and without renovations and additions needed to correct life safety concerns, AFRL's mission will be delayed or come to a complete stop. This requirement is for: CLIN 2002 : Additional Contingency Overtime Funds These items must be delivered to: 101 W. Eglin Blvd, Ste 150, EAFB, FL 32542 no later than 19 May 2017 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561210, small business size standard: $38.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to kenya.bracey@us.af.mil.
