- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Project Mutual Telephone Association, Inc ¿s 507 G ST Rupert, ID, 83350-164, for telephone/fax services at the Minidoka Field Station located in Rupert, Idaho. Telephone and fax services will be provided year round. The period of performance will be one base year plus four option years. The NAICS code is 517110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Melissa Butler at mbutler@usbr.gov within 15 days of this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or to compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since this synopsis is not a request for quote or a request for proposal.
