- Request for quote (RFQ) for rental of two (2) telescopic Hydraulic Boom Man Lifts, delivered to Newburgh Locks & Dam, 6877 State Road 66, Newburgh, IN, 47630. Award shall be made based upon lowest price. The work under this request for quote is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 532412. The size standard for this NAICS is $32.5 Million. Large businesses are not eligible for award.
