If acceptable documentary evidence is not provided within the required time, the contractor shall not allow the affected employee(s) to perform work on Fort Joint Base Lewis-McChord or any other Government installation under this contract until after such acceptable documentary evidence is presented to the Contracting Officer. Removal of any employee(s) from performance of work pursuant to this provision shall not relieve the contractor of the responsibility to perform all work under this contract in a timely manner. New equipment/parts only. No remanufactured products. The contract price includes all applicable Federal, state, and local taxes and duties. Procedures for commercial vehicle access to military installations are varied. To enter the installation, the Contractor should thoroughly comply with the access procedures of a respective installation. The Contractor shall ensure that its drivers, including drivers of subcontractors at any tier, comply with the access procedures enforced by each military installation. The Contractor shall completely coordinate with the military installations and the delivery point of contacts. The contractor shall stamp or mark the supplies delivered or otherwise furnish notice with the supplies of the existence of a warranty. Markings shall include (i) a brief statement that a warranty exists, (ii) the substance of the warranty, (iii) its duration, and (iv) whom to notify if the supplies are found to be defective. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO ASSIST YOU, AND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE PAPERWORK AND PAYMENT. 1. Upon notification of Call, the Contractor shall deliver the type and quantity of supplies requested to the Joint Base Lewis McChord Hazardous Materials Control Center, ATTN: Joshua Chandler, Logistics Readiness Center, Hazardous Material Control Center, MS-18, 09669 Perry Ave., JBLM, WA 98433. Typically, the delivery date can be expected to be within 30 business days After Receipt of Order (ARO), but may be vary between 3-30 days depending upon the needs of the U.S. Government. i. Hours of Operation. Normal business hours are from 07:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, with the exception of scheduled Federal Holidays or Training Holidays. Additional days of non-delivery may exist, but the U.S. Government will identify these dates to the winning BPA Call Vendor at the time of individual Call. Disputes. All issues concerning the acceptance and delivery of requested supplies shall be handled directly between the COR and the Contractor designated representative. Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing in addition to any verbal notification of any apparent conflict between compliance with the directives, rules and regulations identified in this agreement. The Contracting Officer will review all BPA CALL conflicts and make the final resolution. 2. Delivery Tickets. All shipments under the agreement shall be accompanied by delivery tickets or sales slips that shall contain the following minimum information: i. Name of Supplier ii. Blanket Purchase Agreement Number iii. Date of Purchase (Call) iv. Purchase (Call) Number v. Itemized list of supplies furnished. vi. Quantity, Unit Price and Extension Price of each item less applicable discount (unit prices and extensions need not be shown when incompatible with the use of automated systems, if the invoice is itemized to show this information). vii.Date of Delivery or Shipment Unless otherwise specified in this contract, the contractor shall obtain any necessary licenses and permits, give all notices, and comply with any applicable Federal, State, County, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations in connection with this award. The contractor shall not make news releases or otherwise provide information relative to the performance of this contract or information relative to any incident occurring on JBLM without prior approval of the Contracting Officer. Sellers bidding on this opportunity must be experienced with selling batteries as evidenced by batteries appearing on their current GSA Schedule. The attached Bid Schedule (Exhibit A) provides part number descriptions or an equal for battery supplies that the U.S. Government is requesting that your company provide and the first year price list. Print, Sign, and Date the Bid Schedule. Contractors are to only complete portions of the document that are highlighted in yellow. In accordance with FAR 8.402(f), offerors may quote �Open Market � items to supplement their current GSA Schedule in order to provide a price for each of the 159 battery types. The KO intends for each awarded BPA to contain a price and availability for each battery in order to more easily fill future orders. The Offeror shall distinguish between �Schedule Items � and �Open Market Items � on their quote.
