- The Army Contracting Command -Restone Arsenal AL intends to award MathWorks, Inc. on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, " for MathWorks, Inc. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Governments intent to award a sole-source purchase to MatWorks, Inc.
