- Description
- The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 61 months for approximately 41,273 ABOA sqft of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 43,661 ABOA sqft of office and related space at 600 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA under GSA lease number GS-03P-70046. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease in reduced sqft. Expressions of interest must be received no later than May 30, 2017 and include the following: 1. Building name and address, 2. BOMA Office Area Square Feet.
