P400, Salvage - Demolition of Buildings (6a) NAICS Code. 238910, Site Preparation Contractors (7) Set-aside Status. HUBZone Small Business (8) Proposed Solicitation Number. AG-82AT-S-17-0007 (9) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period anticipated from 18 May 2017 - 30 May 2017. All solicitation documents will be posted to FBO under the solicitation number at item 8 on or about 18 May 2017. The actual due date will be shown in the solicitation. This period is "proposed." (10) Site Visit. The Site Visit will be combined with the pre-proposal conference. See item 10a. (10a) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal meeting is TBD and will be posted with the final solicitation. Attendance is optional. Check Section L of the solicitation to confirm the date and time of the pre-proposal conference. (12) Place of Contract Performance. The Shadow Mountain Village admin site and the Roaring Fork CG site are located on the Sulphur Ranger District, on the Arapaho National Forest. The Shadow Mountain Village (SMV) administrative site is located at 34 CR 66, Grand Lake, CO 80447. The Roaring Fork CG site is located within the Arapaho National Recreation Area (ANRA) located at six miles northwest of Granby on US Highway 34, nine miles east on County Road 6 (Forest Road 125, Arapaho Bay Road) at the Southeast End of Lake Granby. Grand County. (13) Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) (14) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance is 30 days from the notice to proceed (on or about 11 September 2017). (15) Contract Award Date. On or about 1 June 2017 (16) Contract Award Dollar Amount. It is anticipated that the range price of this contract will be: Between $25,000 and $100,000. (17) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals.
