- REPAIR OF A JET FUEL THERMAL OXIDATION TESTER. The solicitation number is FA860117T0166. The NAICS Code is 334516. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) (see attached sole source justification). The proposed sole source is Petroleum Analyzer Company L.P. (PAC). The purchase is for the repair of a Jet Fuel Thermal Oxidation Tester, SN: AL-85436-115V-893-0741. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to lorali.hickson@us.af.mil or faxed to SSgt Lorali Hickson at 937-656-1412 no later than 23 May 2017, 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Only proposals received by this date will be considered. Any questions should be directed to SSgt Lorali Hickson at lorali.hickson@us.af.mil. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads " FA860117T0166 Repair JFTOT" Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e.,.exe, or.zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that.zip or.exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB.
