- This solicitaiton is being removed because it was discoverd that this requirement falls under a required sourcing as per Homeland Security Acquisition Manual 3004.1302 and OMB Memorandum M-06-18. Vendors interested in this Access Control requirement are encouraged to look at those references as well as the GSA FIPS 201 Evaluation Program to seek GSA contracts. Thank you for your interest.
