Application: B-2 7. Description: The F118 Lubricating Oil tank stores oil for a wide range of flight conditions. The tank is also used to provide de-aeration, air venting, and auxiliary oil supply to the No. 3 bearing, lubricating and cooling engine main bearings, oil seals and accessories. These repairable tanks have defects that require replacement of the aft tank. The Air Force does not own data to qualify additional sources. Triumph will remove and replace this tank during repair contract.
