Project Description: Replace 30 AMP Receptacle (magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000) Replace Carpet (magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000) Replace Road Closure Gate (magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000) Sliding Door and Mag Lock (magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000) Clean and Oil interior wood millwork (added via Amend 0001) (magnitude of Construction less than $25,000) FAR 52.219-6 - Notice of Total Small Business set-a-side This solicitation is a total set-a-side to Small Business. Solicitation will be posted approximately April 4, 2017.
