Description: The Philadelphia VAMC has a requirement for Medical Equipment (MIDMARK Exam Tables). The solicitation number is VA-244-17-Q-0928 and it is issued as a Combined Synopsis, Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-82. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. All items will be delivered to VAMC Philadelphia, 3900 Woodland Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19104. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price Technically Accepted (LPTA).
