- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite 2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to solicit offers for two (2) hemodynamic monitoring systems to be delivered FOB Destination to the Northern Indiana Healthcare System, 2121Lake Ave., Ft. Wayne, IN 46805. This is a Total SDVOSB set aside procurement that will be conducted using FAR part 13 procedures. NAICS code: 334510. The basis of award will be Brand name or equal, LPTA. The solicitation will be made available on or about 5/16/2017. The requirements being solicited will be required to meet the following requirements: Brand Name Item: Edwards EV1000 hemodynamic monitoring system The Edwards EV1000 clinical platform replaced the vigileo and expands prior application to include Non invasive hemodynamic monitoring via the clearsight oximetry system ( new) Flowtrac arterial line invasive monitor ( old vigeleo) Continuous ScvO2 central line monitoring ( old vigeleo) System EV1000 operates all 3 systems that are selected for different patient needs. All 3 can be used in different combinations: Flowtrac requires an invasive arterial line. ScvO2 monitoring requires a central line. Clearsight is a oximetry pulse system that is non invasive. To be considered an equal item IAW FAR 11.104(b) an item shall meet the following salient characteristics: The hemodynamic monitoring system provides hemodynamic parameters that include at least: Continuous oxygen saturation Cardiac Stroke volume Cardiac Stroke volume variation ScvO2 Cardiac output Cardiac index Central venous pressure No solicitation is available at this time. ***No response to this special notice is necessary*** For information about this solicitation, e-mail Chuck Lakin, Contracting Officer, at Charles.Lakin2@va.gov
