- Description
- The project consists of interior renovations of the lobby, receptionist area, and adjacent hallyway of the Tusayan Ranger District Office. Optional items include surveillance camera system, paging/intercom system, and silent alarm system. Tusayan Ranger Station is located at 176 Lincoln Log Loop, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated price range is $25,000 - $100,000. Contractor will be required to provide alternate payment protection (i.e, payment bond). Solicitation is estimated to be issued on or about May 19, 2017. SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR MAY 23, 2017. MEET AT THE PROJECT SITE AT 11:00 A.M. LOCAL TIME.
