- SF- 1449 Attachment 6 - GSA Vendor Fitness Determination Training Manual Attachment 5 - GSA Contractor Fitness Determination Program Attachment 4 - GSA Zonal SOP Attachment 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 2 - PRICING SCHEDULE Solicitation - David Wheeler Federal Building General Services Administration, Region 10, is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for Janitorial, and Operations and Mechanical Services at David J. Wheeler Federal Building, Baker City, Oregon. The anticipated contract award will require all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform facilities investment services, inclusive of a preventative maintenance program and repairs for facilities; custodial services, pest control services, integrated solid waste management services, and grounds maintenance and landscaping services. The Government anticipates receiving full funding for this requirement but right now this Solicitation is Subject to the Availability of Funds. Please refer to the attached Solicitation and the six (6) additional attachments. The Government intends to conduct a pre­proposal conference which will be held at the David J. Wheeler Federal Building, Baker City, Oregon. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 A.M. PST on Thursday, May 25, 2017. Directly following the meeting, personnel in attendance will be invited to conduct a walkthrough of the building and walk the exterior grounds with GSA personnel. Personnel attending the meeting will need a valid Government issued I.D. to enter into the building. Proposal must be received by the Government by June 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM PST.
