- Revised Statement of Requirements Dear Potential Vendors, The purpose of this amendment to HSHQDC-17-Q-00195 is to reopen the Request for Quote to provide a revised Statement of Requirements (Attached). The Statement of Requirements is amended by: · Removing all A/V requirements for Day 1 · Adding 20- high top tables to Day 1 · Adding 15- 6’ tables to Days 1-3 · Clarifying the A/V requirements for Days 2 and 3 As a result of this change, the due date for quotations is hereby extended to Thursday, May 18, 2017. All quotations shall be received by 10:00 am (ET). Questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm today, May 16, 2017. For all quotes to be compliant to the Request for Quote, the Standard Form 1449 shall be completed and returned to Tiffany Kindred-Lopez at tiffany.kindredlopez@hq.dhs.gov and Kerri Williams at kerri.williams@hq.dhs.gov along with your quotation.
