Description: The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), 10 U.S.C. 2304(f), and FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items to FedBiz IT Solutions of 305 Harrison St. SE Suite 1c, Leesburg, VA, 20175-3729. The requirement is an URGENT request to have Task Force Echo personnel trained on Core Elasticsearch Operation, Kibana Workshop, and Core Elasticsearch Developer courses in order to be certified on their work role no later than 11 August 2017. The contractor shall provide all personnel, hardware, software, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, material, supervision, and other items and non-personal service necessary to deliver Elsaticsearch training as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract. Task Force Echo is tasked to conduct a national security mission which requires immediate training in order to perform the mission. Task Force Echo personnel requires training on Core Elasticsearch Operation, Kibana Workshop, and Core Elasticsearch Developer courses in order to be certified on their work role no later than 11 August 2017. Core Elasticsearch Operation is a two (2) days instructor-led training, Kibana Workshop is a one (1) day instructor-led training, and Core Elasticsearch Developer is a two (2) days instructor-led training. Core Elasticsearch Operation and Kibana Workshop is from 05 July 2017- 07 July 2017, 10 July 2017 - 12 July 2017, 17 July 2017- 19 July 2017, 24 July 2017- 26 July 2017, and 31 July 2017 - 02 August 2017. Core Elasticsearch Developer is from 27 July 2017 - 28 July 2017. Delayed in Elasticsearch trainings will result Task Force Echo personnel not able to certify on their work role by 11 August 2017. The contract is for Core Elasticsearch Operation, Kibana Workshop, and Core Elasticsearch Developer classes with a Period of Performance 05 July 2017, through 02 August 2017 at the government-furnished facility Building 316 Chamberlin Avenue, Fort Meade, MD. 20755.
