- Solicitation for Compound Medications The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic, Army Health Contracting Activity, US Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards for Compound Medications to be delivered to the Pharmacy at Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH), West Point, NY. The Contractor is to provide Compound Medications and adhere to all sterile preparation techniques and best practices. Compounded medications are to be sent to KACH in an expedited and cost effective manner. There are some products that must be procured as soon as possible due to the potential to impact life, limb or eyesight. These products may be picked up from the compounding pharmacy by KACH staff during normal business hours; therefore the physical location of the compounding pharmacy must be within 60 radius miles of KACH.
