Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLR VAMC), 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202 has a need for community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) services to include primary care and mental health services, along with other specialty services, to Veterans living or residing in the Terre Haute, Indiana area. The procurement will be for a 12-month base year with four option year renewals. NAICS Code 621498 applies with a size standard of $20.5 Million. This acquisition will be conducted using the procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 15 under the authority of Title 38 USC 8153. The solicitation document will be available on or after June 01, 2017.
