Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement to purchase external paging services at the VA Medical Centers (VAMC) located in Erie and Butler Pennsylvania to maintain communications with staff for day-to-day operations as well as treatment of patients. The Erie and Butler VAMCs have a need for long range pager services to its medical centers, community based outpatient clinics, and vet centers. The period of performance of this requirement is a 12 month base period and four 12-month option periods. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement. The VA will accept proposals for this solicitation number until 5pm EST on 05/26/2017. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible.
