- The work includes the removal and repair of twin 21 culverts located on Elrod Loop in the family housing area. Two broken culverts are to be removed and repaired using new concrete culvert pipe and couplers where necessary, the removal and repair of sidewalk, asphaltic concrete to include sealing edges of asphalt, restoring construction area damaged sod areas, and the modification, painting, and re-installation of existing guardrails and incidental related work.
