- Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of VA North Texas VAHCS Dallas intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Phillips Intellispace. Phillips Intellispace shall provide a full service contract for the Philips IntelliSpace Cardiology PACS software and equipment at the VA Medical Center located in Dallas, TX, which is part of the VA North Texas Healthcare System (VANTHCS). This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541519 and has a size standard of $27.5M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 8:00am CST, May 19, 2017 to Victoria.Rone3@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
