- SF18 - N00178-17-Q-0051 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-Q-0051 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole-source basis from Innovation Nutaq Inc. doing business as (dba) NuRAN Wireless, 2150 rue Cyrille-Duquet bureau 100, Québec, Canda, PQ, G1N 2G3, a quantity of three (3) Nutaq Pico LTE starter kits to include PicoLTE network in-a-box, Ameri LTE 100 (linux Binaries), 2x2 LTE 5dBi Omni Antenna kit, SIM cards for Ameri LTE 100 (5 pack), frequency range for Physical layer (PHY) from 300Mhz to 6GHz with Part Number: PRD-818-603R, a quantity of three (3) two (2) year extended warranties and onsite configuration in accordance with the attached SF18. The NuRAN Wireless's products are being sought as their LTE system provides the only LTE system which can be configured for Time Division Duplex or Frequency Division Duplex in the same small unit, along with Enhanced Packet Core, two eNode Bs for Multiple In Multiple Out Physical Layer and LTE with 3GPP Release 12. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 30 May 2017, no later than 3:00 p.m. CST with an anticipated award date by 16 June 2017.
