- This notification is to announce the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA intent to issue a single source contract modification to PAE-National Security Solutions, LLC. (formerly A-T Solutions, Inc.) for continuation of the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) Operations Support Services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 6.302-1 "Other than Full and Open Competition - One Responsible Source." The applicable NAICS code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15 million. The MICC - Eustis intends to issue a single source modification for 30-days to in order to allow for the required 60-day phase-in period on the re-competed action since a Small Business Administration size challenge was received and delayed the anticipated award date. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and a solicitation will not be issued. However, inquiries or concerns must be addressed in writing to christina.m.crawley.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 am local time on May 31, 2017. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The signed and redacted Justification and Approval, along with the modification award number and dollar amount, will be posted at a later date.
