- This is not a synopsis or solicitation and no contract will result from this notice. This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine potential sources and requirement specific information. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps ( https://ww.fbo.gov ) website for further information. Information will be utilized to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. Interested parties choosing to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) are cautioned that this RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses for this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the US Government to form a binding contract. Responses to the Sources Sought Notice will not be returned. Not responding to this Sources Sought notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation; if one is issued. However, interested parties are highly encouraged to respond to this notice if capable. The 52 nd Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest in a firm-fixed price type contract for a Catholic Pastoral Administrator to administer Catholic religious sacraments and coordinate a Catholic religious education program for Holy Family Parish at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. The anticipated period of performance, assuming a contract will be issued, is on/about 01 Septermber 2017 for one year with four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110, Religious Organizations. We are seeking information on capabilities and qualifications for Catholic clergy to perform services as outlined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. Information shall encompass the following (please limit submission to 10 pages or less): 1. Company/Religious Organization Information: •· Name •· Address •· Telephone number •· Point of Contact names •· Email addresses; and •· CAGE Code 2. Recommendations for use of an alternative NAICS code. 3. Suggestions for alternate approaches to providing and accomplishing services. 4. Capability to fulfill the following requirement in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (dated 1 May 2017). Item # 0001 Quantity: 45 Unit: Each Catholic Mass * Non-personal services: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, supplies and transportation required to perform services IAW Draft PWS. Item # 0002 Quantity: 45 Unit: Each Confession * Non-personal services: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, supplies and transportation required to perform services IAW Draft PWS. Item # 0003 Quantity: 10 Unit: Each Other Sacraments (Baptism, Holy Matrimony, Annointing of the Sick) * Non-personal services: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, supplies and transportation required to perform services IAW Draft PWS. Item # 0004 Quantity: 12 Unit: Months Catholic Religious Education Program Coordination * Non-personal services: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, supplies and transportation required to perform services IAW Draft PWS.
