- This solicitation SPE4A6-17-X-0666 P.R. SC1000055080 for NSN 3110-99-320-0962 (BEARING, BALL, ANNULAR: AIRCRAFT, HARRIER: AV-88); Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item is Goodrich Limited, CAGE: K0131, and Ontic Limited, CAGE: U0J60. Any manufacturer, other than Goodrich Limited, CAGE: K0131, and Ontic Limited, CAGE: U0J60, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). Information may be found via ht tp://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an IDPO with a three year base period and two, one year option periods with a minimum quantity of 40 each and, an estimated annual quantity of 123 each. The required delivery schedule is 240 days ARO, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is May 4, 2017. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.Procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
