- RFQ Amendment Solicitation N0042117Q0130 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. Material must be manufactured by Rolatube Expeditionary Systems LTD, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.. Award all or none See Attached RFQ.- Please complete attachment : Section I, Clause 52.209-11 Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N0042117Q0130) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB Origin. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Please include published price listing. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. The Government will consider all proposals received by 5:00pm est., on May 18, 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
