- Sources Sought RFI with Question Draft Statement of Work The 764th Specialized Contracting Squadron on behalf of USAFE/A4RF, intends to solicit, in accordance (IAW) with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, entitled "Simplified Acquisition Procedures", a purchase order to modify/upgrade fifteen (15) Aircraft Refueling Trucks, Type R11 vehicles to be EU ADR equipped/certified standards IAW the Europen Agreement, Volume II concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), dated 1 January 2015. The vehicles are currently at Spangdahlem AB, Germany (3ea), RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom (3ea), Aviano AB, Italy (2ea), RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom (UK) (3ea), Ramstein AB, Germany (2ea), RAF Fairford, United Kingdom (1ea), and Moron AB, Spain (1ea). The attached Statement of Work and Technical Engineering Document, dated 27 April 2017 is provided for detailed information regarding this requirement. The Government is seeking to obtain industry feedback on contractor's ability to fulfill the Government's needs as outlined in the attached Statement of Work and Technical Engineering Document. Responses to this RFI are requested as soon as possible but not later than 26 May 2017, 0800 hours Eastern Standard Time.
