- Solicitation Number: W911RX-17-B-0010 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Synopsis: PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SYNOPSIZED (IAW FAR PART 5.203) FOR AN ANTICIPATED WASHERS AND DRYERS SERVICE CONTRACT. THIS NOTICE WILL BE POSTED A MINIMUM OF 15 DAYS AT THE GOVERNMENT POINT OF ENTRY AND SUBJECT TO EXTENSION PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF A FULL SOLICITATION. This announcement is not a request for bids, but instead a pre-solicitation notice to industry to serve as notification of a pending Solicitation release of the Washers and Dryers Service Contract Solicitation for Fort Riley, KS. Upon release of the Solicitation a bid from industry will be requested from interested and qualified offerors. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation announcement or any follow-up information requests to include the full Solicitation once issued. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than noted above. Fort Riley, KS is seeking an SBA Total Small Business with the current relevant experience, personnel, and capability to perform a Requirement Contract. Contractor shall providing all management, washers, dryers, labor, parts, supplies, tools, equipment, communications devices and transportation necessary to provide Washer and Dryer service on Fort Riley in Kansas. The task orders to be awarded under this contract will be for the washers and dryers services at various locations on Fort Riley, KS within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532210 Consumer Electronics and Appliances Rental with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $38.5 Million. The proposed contract will result in a maximum of a four year period of performance contract. Interested sources should be advised that while a full solicitation is expected to release within the next 15 days to industry the Government reserves the right to extend this posting. No site visits, with industry, will be conducted doing this pre-solicitation phase, in response to the anticipated Solicitation. However, there will be a site visit scheduled for a later date, during the solicitation phase.
