- This combined synopsis solicitation is being change to let all prospective bidders know that the tail of the C-130 will not be transported from Hill Air Force Base to Camp Williams Utah. It was determined that it would not be needed. Because of this change the closing date of this solicitation will be extended from the 18th of May 2017, to the 22nd of May, 2017.
