- J&A The NRC requires annual maintenance service on a NextScan/FlexScan micrographics equipment. The microfilm scanner and fiche module consists of the hardware and software parts to repair the NextScan/FlexScan and on-site support consists of a technician's labor costs to repair the scanner, virtual support and training (in-person and/or manual). Maintenance services covers scanner, internal PC, and carriers. Please see attached.
