Type : RF Shielded All-metal Gate Valves Material : 316L stainless steel of equivalent Stem : Extension (~700mm) Wave guide part : copper plated Radiation : Compatible with a radiation resistance of 1E6 Gy. Cleanliness : UHV Assemble in ISO class 6 room as minimum Tightness: Leak rate of through the seat below 10^-10 m bar.l/s Actuator : Removable double acting pneumatic actuator Limit switches: Equipped with limit switch Open/Close Flange Seal: Seal to be compatible with F100226202 Seal (drawing enclosed) An identical valve without the actuator shall be supply to be use during assembling trials.
