Description
The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) intends to solicit competitive proposals for the subsequent award of a 3 year Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract (3 base years, no options) for the following T700 Engine Components; 401C GG Rotor, NSN 2840-01-476-1840, P/N 6082T04G16; 401GG Rotor NSN 2840-01-344-6057 P/N 6055T26G10; 401C Compressor NSN 2840-01-366-0377 P/N 6900T93G02; 401 Compressor NSN 2840-01-375-6469, P/N 6900T78G05. The contract will be in accordance with FAR Part 15 terms and conditions. The scope of the PBL contract will include the following minimum requirements; Warehousing, Packaging, Asset Reporting, Availability/Fill Rate, Supply Response Time Reporting, Repair and/or Replacement of Components, Reliability, Procurement/Logistics Support, Inventory Management and Obsolescence Management. The contractor shall fill customer requisitions in accordance with contractually specified Supply Response Times. The estimated total baseline demand for the proposed contract is as follows: FY19 (Year 1) “ 326, FY20 (Year 2) “ 333, FY21(Year 3) “ 396. In addition to repair, the contractor must be able to manufacture or supply the piece parts required for repair and provide replacement repairable components as required. A complete technical data package is available. The subject items require Government source approval of critical safety items prior to contract award. Only those sources previously approved the NAVSUP WSS will be eligible for award. Submission of a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to NAVSUP WSS is required. Award will not be delayed pending source approval. NAVSUP WSS will host a pre-negotiation conference for all interested parties on 05/31/2017.
