Evaluation Criteria: Must be VIP verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. If not VIP verified SDVOSB, vendor will be considered un-responsive. No refurbished or gray material allowed. Must be authorized distributor and provide letter at time of quote submission. LPTA Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
