- Statement of Work Rev 6 RFQ Document Rev 2 FAR 52.212-5 Rev 3 The purpose of this modification/amendment is to make the following revisions: 1. The Faciliy clearance up to Secret is no longer needed. See attached revised RFQ Document, Statement of work and FAR 52.212-2 Addendum for more details. 2. The estimated destrucition material per year is changing from 175 tons to 100 tons. 3. The new closing date is Monday, May 22, 2017, 10 AM Eatern Standard Time.
