- Questions and Answers attached (17 May 2017) To provide elevator maintenance, service, repairs, and safety testing for passenger and freight elevators on Fort Leavenworth. The awarded contract will provide efficient, continuous and safe operation while minimizing disruptions within the facilities and meeting security requirements. There are currently 48 elevators including passenger, freight and chairlift styles. No site visit is schedule for this requirement. Add The Following To Description: Base Year - 06 Jun 17 - 05 Jun 18; Option Year 1 - 06 Jun 18-05 Jun 19; Option Year 2 - 06 Jun 19 - 05 Jun 20; Option Year 3 - 06 Jun 20-05 Jun 21; Option Year 4 - 06 Jun 21 - 05 Jun 22; All request for quotes need to be received no later than 19 May 2017, 12:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, by email to the primary contact, Teresa L.
