- Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract which will include single NSN 5342-00-598-8825, Mount, Resilient, WEA, Purchase Requisition Number 1000056226. Qualified Product List Applies: Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry, Inc. CAGE 81860, P/N 31114-4 Oil States Industries, Inc. Special Products Div, CAGE 18444, P/N 6E2000 Greene Rubber Company Inc., CAGE 73801 Connecticut Rubber Molding Corp, CAGE 2M911 AGC Acquisition, LLC, CAGE 98500, P/N AGC21600 Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This NSN is not commercial. Requested delivery is 96 Days ARO. A total of one NSN is targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that a base and four (4) option years will be priced for the initial contract award. This requirement will be Solicited as Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Other sources quoting this item shall supply evidence that they have successfully manufactured this item within the past three years. Evidence shall be submitted to the Tech/QAS for review and approval prior to contract award. The estimated annual quantity is 315 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 79 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 2,505 each. The minimum delivery order is 79 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 315 each. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 3 July 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
