Performance Work Statement Posting Document THIS IS AN RFI FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS POSTING WILL NOT DIRECTLY RESULT IN A CONTRACT AWARD. THE GOVERNMENT MAY ISSUE A SUBSEQUENT RFQ AT A LATER DATE. The purpose of this Statement of Work is to acquire the services of a learning technology vendor to design and develop a leadership simulation/game for Foreign Service Nationals worldwide. This offering will be cornerstone of the blended learning efforts for the Department of State, Foreign Service National (FSN) audience. The main goal of this project is to develop and implement an online learning experience that meets the needs of a dispersed audience. This project will enhance and extend learning beyond the classroom, and innovate in ways that meet FSN leadership development evolving learning needs and delivery models. The vendor will work in collaboration with the Foreign Service National Leadership (FSNL) Program Manager, the Curriculum, Evaluation and Innovation (CEI) Education Program Coordinator, and other stakeholders to create a program or application utilizing industry best practices. Learners will be able to access the simulation/game via a mobile friendly web-based platform.
