- J&A Documentation This publication satisfies the requirement at FAR Part 6.305 and constitutes the Government's notice of awarding a noncompetitive contract to Allied Machinery Corporation for use of Miscellaneous Construction Equipment Rental. The basis of the noncompetitive award is FAR Part 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The 413th Contracting Support Brigade at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii awarded contract W912CN-17-P-0026 with Allied Machinery Corporation, 94-168 Leoole Street, Waipahu, Hawaii, 96797, on a sole source basis for miscellaneous construction equipment rental in Hawaii. The period of performance for this contract is 22 February 2017 through 31 March 2017. The contract is in support of the 411th Engineer Battalion’s annual training and type of construction equipment needed and location of the project site on the Island of Hawaii. This synopsis is not considered a request for bid/quote/proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for technical information will not be honored.
