- Amendment 0003 SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED TO ADJUST CLOSING DATE OF SOLICITATION TO JUNE 6, 2017 AND TO REPLACE THE EXISTING PURCHASE DESCRIPTION WITH PURCHASE DESCRIPTION DATED MAY 3, 2017. SYNOPSIS AMENDED TO ADJUST CLOSING DATE OF SOLICITATION TO 2/27/2017, ADD SITE VISIT AND TO ATTACH AMENDMENT 0001 OF SOLICITATION. SYNOPSIS AMENDED 02 TO ADJUST CLOSING DATE OF SOLICITATION TO 01/20/17. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT TO CAMPBELL GRINDERS IAW 10 U.S.C.2304 (C)(1). SYNOPSIS IS BEING AMENDED TO ADD THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THIS NOTICE. SOLICITATION WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE. SEE ATTACHMENT. The DLA -Aviation-VICA, Industrial Plant Equipment Division, Richmond, VA, intends to procure the materials and services to retrofit a Campbell Grinder Model 700/72/60/4880 Serial Number 1068 in accordance with the Purchase Description VIBB 14-18-1014. Technical data which describes the minimum requirements, salient characteristics and features required is included in the solicitation package. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size, other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C.2304 (C)(1). The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. The requested performance is 90 days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFP is NOT Available on DIBBS. The estimated release date of the solicitation is on or about December 12, 2016. The anticipated closing date is January 13, 2017 This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation details (including the technical requirements) will NOT be available until the official solicitation is posted. The solicitation will be attached to this pre-solicitation notice only.
