- THIS AMENDMENT IS HEREBY ISSUED TO CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING THE SOLICITATION REFERENCED ABOVE: ADDITIONAL SALIENT CHARACTERISTIC MUST INCLUDE ONSITE SETUP AND INTEGRATION OF ALL CARTS. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES MUST CONTAIN A SIGNED COPY OF ALL ISSUED AMENDMENTS. THIS AMENDMENT SHALL ALSO INCLUDE SUBMITTED QUESTIONS BELOW: 1. Can you please provide the specs for the new model? Please note, the Dell OptiPlex 7040 computer and general 24 inch monitor is used for this cart, not the Tangent all in one. Please verify computer. Answer: The cart company will procure the tangent all-in-one and configure the workstation on to their platform. If their platform is not compatible with the tangent T24B then they do not meet minimum specifications. 2. Is the touch screen request for the 24 inch LCD screen or the 6 inch display monitor? Answer: The touchscreen is for the Tangent T24B (24inch monitor) 3. When are responses due? Answer: The amendment issued has a closing date/time of Friday, May 19, 2017 @ 1:00 PM EST 4. There is no mention of on-site set up and integration. Can you please verify with the end user that they do or do not want this service as part of the project? Answer: Amendment 2 address this issue by adding the following salient characteristic: Must include onsite setup and integration of all carts.
