- Terms and Conditions Excel Sheet Vendor Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, NY, intends to issue solicitation RFQP0211174thQTREGG for the acquisition of fresh whole eggs. The estimated quarterly quantity is 6,750 dozen. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of July 1st, 2017 to September 30, 2017. This solicitation is being set aside for small business. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 once every two weeks. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible Vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 17, 2017 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http:/www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith Based and Community Based organizations can submit offers/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is June 19, 2017 by11:00am EST. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each Vendor is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications.
